What can I expect after my brow appointment?

Your brows can go through a little “settling in” phase over the first 24 hours. They might deepen in colour or feel a little bit dramatic. If they darken more than you expected, don’t worry! Just get in touch with us ASAP, and we can make some easy tweaks for you, free of charge.

What’s the aftercare for brow lamination?

Avoid water, steam, and products for 24 hours to let your brows fully set. If they do get a bit wet, gently dry them off. But try to avoid dunking your face in water, as this can mess with the result. We recommend coming back every 8–12 weeks to align with your brow’s natural growth cycle.

What’s the aftercare for a brow tint?

Keep brows dry and free of cleansers for 12–24 hours so the tint can fully develop. Please avoid exfoliants and retinols on the brow area, as they can strip the colour away.

How long will my brow tint last?

A hybrid brow tint can last up to 3 days on the skin and around 6 weeks on the hair. If you’ve had it paired with a lamination, you may want to top up the colour halfway through your cycle. Keep in mind that things like aftercare, skin type, pregnancy, medication, or hormonal changes can affect results.

Do you use wax to shape brows?

No - we love tweezing! It gives us better precision and avoids the bumps or reactions that can come with waxing. Plus, makeup goes on smoother afterward.

Can you tint over my microblading or brow tattoo?

Yes! Tattooed skin can sometimes resist the tint, but tinting the brow hairs helps blend everything together beautifully.

Can you match my brow tint to my hair colour?

Definitely. We have a wide range of hybrid tints that we can custom-blend to get the perfect shade. From cool blondes to black browns.

Hybrid Tint vs. Microblading - which is right for me?

If you’re not ready for the commitment of microblading (which still needs touch-ups), hybrid tinting is a brilliant, low-maintenance option. Just note that hybrid tint works best when you have a good amount of brow hair to work with. If your brows are very sparse, microblading may be the better choice, but it’s worth giving tinting a go first!

You sure can! We will send you the colour swatches when you inquire, from there you can choose 2 colours that we will have set up and ready to go on shoot day.
Please arrive makeup and skincare free, your makeup artist will prep your skin and apply your camera ready makeup.
Please arrive with dry hair. We simply ask that you wash and dry your hair the day before the headshot.
They sure can! Our packages are targeted mainly towards females, however when you inquire please let us know how many males/females/non-binary people there will be and we can personalise a booking for your group.
We have a certain style that we like to achieve with hair, makeup and photography. However, if you do have any particular requests, please send these through via email prior to shoot day and we will endeavour to make this happen for you.
Your makeup artist and hair stylist will have you camera ready. They know what will look good, and show up well on camera so we ask that you put your trust in them.
The hair & makeup is generally quite neutral, so that it can be versatile for your use. Neutral toned makeup, and a hairstyle that looks lived-in and reflects your daily style.
We will consult with you upon shoot day, but we do ask that you have a little think about your hair and makeup requests pre shoot day.
You can expect to have your photos back within 2 weeks of your booking with us.
Please send us the list of names to your booking, and any timing preferences via email. We will organise a time plan for the day so that everyone knows where they have to be and when!
Our shoot days are Monday-Tuesday. When you enquire, please include 3 ideal shoot dates and we will endeavour to accommodate for one of these. Please note, we book West Palms Studio as per your inquiry, which means there may be a short wait time as we confirm studio availability.

Yes- you will find parking on George Street! There are short terms parks right out the front of the studio, or if you drive further down George Street there are no restrictions on street parking. Alternatively, you can park on Port Road.
