Terms of Service
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings require a 25% deposit payment.
Your booking will not be confirmed until a deposit has been received.
JAG Studio reserves the right to cancel your booking if the deposit has not been paid within 24 hours of placing your booking.
You can cancel or change your appointment up until 24 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel your booking after the 24 hour cutoff or fail to attend your booking, this will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
If you request to change your booking after the 24 hour cutoff, this will also result in a loss of your deposit payment and you will have to place a new booking.
If you cancel your booking before the 24 hour cutoff, your deposit payment will remain on your account as credit.
You can contact us to use your credit on any service, within 12 months of cancellation date. Alternatively, you can request a refund.
If a deposit was not attached to your booking and you cancel your booking after the 24 hour cutoff or fail to attend your booking, this charge will be added to your next service or purchase.

ILLNESS POLICY
You will cancel any bookings you have with JAG if you are experiencing symptoms that could be contagious. You acknowledge the risk that you will lose your deposit payment if you do not give more than 24 hours of cancellation notice. If you attend your appointment and appear to be unwell, JAG Studio has the right to cancel your appointment and retain your deposit.
Please be aware that if you attend an appointment with any conditions that put JAG Studio or yourself at risk ie. open wounds, conjunctivitis, weeping acne, active cold sore/s, JAG has the right to refuse service and retain your deposit.
LATE POLICY
If you are late to an appointment, JAG Studio will still perform a service on you if time permits. This booking may be altered to a service that can be performed in the new time frame but you will still be charged the original price.
LASH LIFT POLICY
If you attend a lash lift booking but haven't allowed enough time between appointments for your lashes to go through a full growth cycle, you agree to receive another service in its place or forfeit your deposit.
ALLERGIES, REACTIONS & LIABILITY
You acknowledge the risk of reactions during or after your visit to JAG Studio and agree that you are responsible for any costs that may come with this.
You agree that you will organise a patch test with JAG Studio pre-appointment if you have any sensitivities or allergies. If you do acquire any reactions without having organised a patch test, JAG Studio will not be liable. If you do acquire any reactions from a patch test, JAG Studio is not liable.
You understand that results may vary based on my skin/hair type, medication and underlying medical issues, seasons and adherence to before and aftercare.
While we take care during your service, JAG cannot be held responsible for any damage or staining to your clothing, or related costs.
We recommend wearing clothing that won’t affect the outcome of your treatment and can be easily removed.
MARKETING POLICY
You agree to have your photo taken and used for any social media and/or marketing purposes for JAG Studio, with no compensation or discounts. It is your responsibility to notify JAG Studio if you wish not to be photographed.
By booking with JAG Studio, you agree to receive very occasional updates, offers and marketing communications.
PRIVACY POLICY
You agree to personal data being stored securely for treatment and communication purposes.
