Lashes can keep lifting a little more over the first 24 hours. If they feel a little too curled when you wake up the next morning, let us know, we’re happy to tweak them at no charge.

No water, steam, or products for 24 hours, please! If they accidentally get wet, just pat them dry. Try to avoid full submersion (no face-first swimming) to keep your lift in top shape. We recommend rebooking every 8–12 weeks for best results.

Avoid water and cleansers for the first 12–24 hours so the tint can properly develop. Also, skip exfoliants or retinols near the eye area to help the colour last.

Your lash tint can last up to 6 weeks. If you’ve paired it with a lash lift, you might want to refresh the tint mid-cycle to keep things looking bold. Without the tint, a lash lift is less effective.

Not at all - as long as it’s done carefully. We’re extra cautious during the process to make sure your lashes stay happy and healthy. We will also turn you away if you rock up to an appointment and still have a visible lift. Lifting over a lift is where damage can occur, so this is why we ask you to wait until the whole lash cycle is complete, before coming back.

That depends on the rod size we use and the processing time, which we customise just for you. It can take 2–3 tries to nail your perfect curl, but we take notes and adjust until it’s exactly how you like it.

A softer curl usually plays nicely with falsies, but a strong curl can make application tricky. Let us know if you’re planning to wear falsies so we can advise you!

We take steps to minimise any impact, but in rare cases, excessive watering can interfere with the lifting process. Let us know if this sounds like you so we can plan accordingly
